Welcome to Aspired Artist! 

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services. 

 1. Booking Deposits 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the size and complexity of the tattoo and will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo. Deposits Rescheduling your appointment is allowed up to 2 days before your appointment date. Please reschedule within this time frame to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. 

 2. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, except in the rare event of artist cancellation. Tattoo service fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the result of your tattoo, please see Section 4 for resolution terms. 

 3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than [insert number] minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without prior notice) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

 4. Dissatisfaction with Tattoo 

We aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your tattoo, please contact us within [insert number] days of your appointment. 

Free touch-ups are available within 14 days from the date of your tattoo. Touch-ups are limited to minor adjustments and do not cover changes to the design or requests for new additions. 

Touch-ups are not provided free of charge, if the tattoo has been improperly cared for, including failure to follow aftercare instructions. 

5. General Terms 

You must be 18 years old to book a tattoo appointment, according to United Kingdom local laws and regulations. 

By booking, you confirm that you do not have any medical conditions or allergies that could adversely affect the tattoo process. If you’re unsure, consult your doctor before proceeding. 

Pricing for tattoos is based on size, complexity, and time required. Quotes provided are estimates and may change during the session. 

 6. Copyright and Designs 

All tattoo designs created by the artists are the intellectual property of Aspired Artist. You may not reproduce or use the designs for any purpose without prior written consent. 

 7. Disclaimer 

Tattoos are permanent, and we are not responsible for any regrets or changes in preference after the service is completed. 

 8. Updates to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
